The service

FansMarketer provides software for tracking promotion sources, analysing fan value and planning promotion for creators and agencies. It is provided by the administrator of the fansmarketer.com website.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access requires a confirmed email address and a paid subscription plan. Plans renew each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Plan limits

Each plan has limits on creator accounts, tracking links, team seats and AI drafts for each billing period. Limits used in a period are not restored by deleting items.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to the accounts and data you add. You may not use the service to break the rules of any platform, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Estimates

Reports are calculated from the numbers you provide with the assumptions shown beside them. They are estimates and do not guarantee results.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the period in which the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms and the service. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
